I've worked with them before for personal banking -- one issue I'm having with Chase is that they require all users on an account to be present when setting up the account.

You also want it out on the internet getting exposure in as many websites as possible - which basically means getting it into the MLS.

Listing them on a random website on the internet and not in our contract or invoice with other terms and conditions doesn’t mean I’m bound to them.

We have occasionally run into issues with the Internet being down at the STR and it not all going through with a tenant now using a code that doesn't work.

Do you know anywhere on the internet I can find something to inform me on the paperwork process of wholesaling a property with a quitclaim deed that one received from the county paying the taxes owed?
