IE dog food, dog hair on the couches, backyard looks like a dog lives there, or anything else such as your hard wood floors are showing damage I would send a 3 day quit letter and start evicting them if they don’t dump the dog.  

That level of work is needed to avoid getting bugs and smells and hairs in the house.Look at the renter and see if you think they will put in the level of work needed to care for that many pets. 

I am curious though if the couple was a dark haired woman with a skirt and a blond-ish man both casually dressed.

I go into her room and she has 2 fans going, an alarm clock, an Iphone charger, all hooked up to the same power strip and (the kicker) her hair dryer. 

I appreciate the input, I truly do but this is America where anything is possible if you just believe.Deavin, if you knew me and my story, I think there's a fair chance your hair would instantly turn white and you'd spend the rest of your life gibbering in a padded room.

After reading some of the MMM blog, I also purchased a personal hair cutter, which I may be more excited about than I should be. 

Upon doing some digging of the town I found lakeport is a tourist destination with the lake, resorts and casinos projected flat economic growth over the coming years, a population that has decreased a hair but remained relatively flat, the crime rate index is well over national average and has increased over the past 10 years even with increased spending for public safety.

Pet hairs ( happened once ) $75- my cost to get it clean up, Turo reimburse $250.Someone smoke in the car ( not my Tesla, I have 6 cars, rent out 3 on Turo) $500 reimburse and my cost to get it done is $150.

Is it full of dust or pet hair or something?
