The elephant in the room is fact that all this fkry played out in US today, is coming at the cost of loosing confidence on world stage for USD, loosing confidence in US economic system, loosing confidence in the US as a whole.     

If you have room in your panel, it's a $100 -  $200 job

Its a centennial house Back Unit is smaller with Bedrooms up stairs, the living room walls are wooden with open kitchen!

Stucco, no decks, I’m renting individual rooms, 10min away from my house, easy maintenance.

We have a lot of investors that rent space  as Airbnb (limited to 400 units)  and room space to students from a local ministry school, as well as others looking for more affordable options.  

Not too much room to do creative financing at those rates and arrears from at least my creative scope.

ONE window that will stay up on its own in each room, no holes in flooring (oddly strict on this one, even a dime size tear in a floor is considered a tripping hazard) a light in every bedroom and enough room for a twin bed and a dresser.

As for the interest rate, it does help being 0% minimizing the cost but even if there was an interest rate, as long as you have enough room on the cards to float, it's not your money you are spending.

I rent rooms in this house which has been a game changer for me.
