If the gov can't do their job fully, while it's the corporation that gained the profit from the masses, it's making sense for them to bring it back to society, not by changing the climate though or Goodwill donation haha LOL but they can subsidize their low tier employee/worker for first time housing.

Also due your due diligence on whatever is specific to your location: radon, expanding soils, next to the goodwill (dumping)... whatever you need to watch out for in your area, do your own due diligence.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, showed some good will, killed them with kindness and did all that they asked for with good turn around time, even though some of it was somewhat questionable.
