Your area experiences some extreme winter temps did you have to deal with frozen pipes?

Also frozen pipes, running toilets, leaking roofs, old windows/doors, lead paint.

Sad agents and wholesalers generally/lately bend terminology so much to their favor.Anyways Long Islands unless you're like in the Hamptons seems to have alot of inventory hanging/sitting getting cold/frozen; seems most all buyers are saying its cheaper to rent than finance; guess they'res not much actual cash buyers in NY unless Manhattan Forest Hills DManor or Hamptons?!

There are MANY more instances of frozen pipes when there are high winds than when it is cold and calm. 

I, on the other hand, do not feel sorry for myself.I never saw a wild thingsorry for itself.A small bird will drop frozen dead from a boughwithout ever having felt sorry for itself.D.H.

Frozen pipes are the bigger issue for me.
