I went into the bedrooms and don't notice the sloping floors so much just by 'feel' and admittedly haven't put any measuring device like a level to it.

While my insurance charges are relatively low each year given this is a condo, I learned to better assess who is behind budget planning at the HOA level for all of the units for roof, cleaning costs, basement improvements (shared by all units), given this was run well by one individual.

I have always loved them, they keep it clean, u can even ask the military to directly transfer monies into your account without the hassle of asking tenants if they get late, only downfall is they are legally allowed to leave the house anytime based upon their transfer status - still worth every bit!

The comps in the area for MF's were at minimum 550k.Since purchasing the home there have been many updates to it to include a fully updated 2nd floor unit, updated bathrooms on both floors, new kitchen on the first floor, new roof, new driveway, new paver patio, updated front porch.
