The plaintiff's and insurance company's attorneys seem to know the drill - which is that the case will be settled for under $20k.Have been told this amount is cheaper for the insurance companies than challenging the plaintiff's claim and going to a jury trial.In our opinion, this just encourages desperate tenants AND personal injury attorneys to file frivolous claims!

You can buy extra indoor cameras or customize kits. 

I would love any encouragement or advice for newbies who don't have much money to work with up front.

The customer always thinks they're right and they're used to dealing with customer service reps from large corporations like Amazon etc. and don't always understand the perspective of the host as an actual person. 

An agent cant do analysis for you, and I never encourage you use someone elses #'s, but you can at least get info from every source possible.

Banks and credit card issuers don’t mind you adding immediate family members, in fact that’s often encouraged, but they don’t want you selling the tradelines.
