And yes exploring new and interesting real estate deal potentials in interesting places along the way, it's an addiction, I just can't turn it off and my wife has started to embrace it vs fight it now giving a day or two on our trips to stop by some realty offices and go look at properties, lol.

not at all, we only have 3 rentals & that's by accident.in fact the double I mentioned above has since been CFD to our contractor/partner.all that we own are CFD or the old LTO's, investment flips &/or holding hard money loans etc.I have never embraced the concept of being a Landlord.
