I contacted a broker about two mixed commercial/residential units being sold individually out of a portfolio of 15 properties.

People always tell me I am being mean, but I am spending my free time giving absolutely rock-solid answers (with an occasional and much-needed mix of sarcasm and why are you doing this) to questions where these people really need the answers.As we went on in the other forum, it's really about people only wanting to hear what they want to hear and being objectively fragile.

It's growing and has a mix of new developments.- Cedar Hill: Offers affordability and a suburban feel with plenty of parks and green spaces.- Grand Prairie: Centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, it has a diverse economy and growing population.- Arlington: A bit further out, but it's a vibrant city with strong rental demand due to its large student population and attractions.- Plano: A bit more expensive but offers excellent schools and a strong job market. 2.

My strategy is to have a portfolio with a mix of LTR/MTR-  single family or small multi. 

My partner and I also work with investors for fix & flips, str investments, second properties, agricultural properties, commercial, multifamily, mixed use, and more.

Hey All, I am currently reviewing property management software, I currently manage about 25 doors. the reviews are so mixed.

Mix:  equal parking 20/30/40 foot spaces.  

Is there a case for building climate control in the scenario where the nsrf mix is 3 for cc & 7 for non cc (10 total)?
