@Emmanuel Jeanty Just my take on Eastern PA (Allentown, Bethlehem) markets.

Data from the census bureau actually suggests that, for example, median home values have decreased in the eastern Louisville area, while in the west prices have gone from 175k to 216k over the past 8 years.

I don't know what your criteria is for choosing a place to live but I like Eastern Idaho.

Plus they come with awesome rebates from Efficiency Maine, they can't explode and don't get their fuel from fracking or Middle Eastern monarchies.

I am still kind of open as to what area but I live in north eastern CT so I am hoping to find something relatively close by.

Hello I am from North eastern PA new to real estate me and my wife are currently renting 2 properties. my wife Marilyn is a real estate agent and we would like to connect with groups and like minded individuals. we also trade in the foreign exchange and do this full time. we are excited to be here and would like to see where it leads! 

I just finished a renovation on the Eastern Shore and didn't know that many trades in the area.
