I house hacked my first duplex back in 2017, and I have been in love with REI ever since.  

Primarily self limiting beliefs.One of my clients just closed on their first commercial deal and they only had one duplex before I started working with them. 

I purchased a ski condo and there isn't much to take pictures of immediately outside the condo.

Hi Adriana, I have lived in San Francisco many years and owned a duplex there for 20 years. 

The demographics and map data don't take the students into account, but they're really what's driving the market.Low property values and ever-increasing student rents are a recipe for a market when you can pick up a duplex in decent condition for $150k, and rent it for $500/bed (that's an EGI of $36,000 annually for a 3/3 duplex).

You're going to need 15-20 duplexes that are considered good deals to get to that kind of profit.

I've had three different opportunities to buy a duplex.
