It has no cooling and only has baseboard heat so not sure about ductwork.

If it is too expensive of an upgrade, narrow down your investment property search to properties that already have ductwork installed.

Normal remodel stuff.Only major thing was the HVAC ductwork was full of cat hair and the piss smell was atrocious when you ran the heat or A.C.

Central air is when they put a coil and condenser on the the forced air system so that the duct work is shared between the two.Ā

The older duct work that was 6ā and called āspider legsā was some times covered in a paper with asbestosis in it.
