@Mark Gallagher mentioned in a transaction he was involved with they were the funding partner, so I guess that needs to be cleared up.But if the OP is putting up 100% of the money and this company is charging 40% for due diligence and construction management .. the OF COURSE that makes ZERO sense.. at least in my mind...
