So if you want to go that route you will want to make sure you are okay with assuming those risks as well as taking the time to educate yourself and then devote to this strategy.

If there is someone out there that you really want to learn from you have to be a devoted fan.

You could live off what you've built and devote your time to charity but it doesn't make sense to spend the next 30 - 40 years of your life sleeping in, playing bridge, and accomplishing nothing.

There are other ways as well depending on how devoted you are.

This will give you an opportunity to learn how to manage a property, while keeping the burden of doing so relatively low, especially if you are going to need to devote the majority of your time to going to school and studying. 

I understand there is no such thing as something for nothing, so I'm willing to devote whatever time, energy, etc that is asked of me in order to accomplish my financial goals and make my dreams a reality! 

The other shed is devoted to the lawn equipment.
