Generally the time horizons are longer and you need deeper pockets.If you have already had some success in SF rehab, moving to apartments is not as different as moving to development.

They are all millionaire real estate investors/developers and they know what they are talking about.

Your experience with project management and relationship building will be invaluable in real estate, whether you’re interested in development, investing, or property management.Your entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn are excellent foundations for diving into real estate.

Unlike you, I've read multiple self development books but different fields.

You just have to develop new sources.  

Sherman is about 30 minutes north of there and many of the biggest nationwide and local residential developers have bought land and working on master planned communities.   

Trying to figure out the proper, best, and alternative routes to making meaningful relationships and wondering what the most effective means is to developing leads that may come along in the probate process. 

I'm currently working with another investor in developing vacant land.
