@Jason Setzer Yes, meaning they do a cheaper online/desktop appraisal internally pulling comparables electronically and not sending an actual appraiser to the property.

We got to the point where we felt restricted in our ability to grow with Buildium, hence why we moved.I am a tech guy by day, so I have an easier time figuring out the deep technical components, but I also leverage the more technical aspects of the product, like desktop integration, web site widgets, etc. - these things make it worth my time.

Assuming the desktop appraisal checks out 

I've been using it for about a week in a digital manner--just using Google Maps in conjunction with the desktop app in finding and validating properties that "look promising".

Its got a capacity that stays charged for 40 years so no  AC power needed, its wireless and reaches over 300 feet for me. the reading updates on my desktop or laptop.

I used method#2 (use the send to kindle desktop tool), which worked. 

When I get to the office, I download those to my desktop computer which has a file for each property, with subfolders for each unit, which each have subfolder for "tenants".

Don't put them on the 1003 (Application) in the real estate owned section because you don't own them, the LLC does and they won't be counted by DU (Desktop Underwriter).
