We haven't signed anything yet, but will likely write up an addendum to the lease with hard deadlines and repayment plans.  

In other words, if the deadline is missed and the rate goes up a 1/4 point, that's the prevailing rate for the new loan.  

Either way, i missed my deadline for a CPA.

The March 16th due date has passed and among returns due were partnership and s-corp returns.

I see a lot of houses are still exercising Offer Deadlines.

@Sami Gren call a new lender and see if they can match or beat your current rate, they might as interest rates have dropped recently, don't give yourself an artificial deadline to "keep your rate"  It takes as long as it takes to get the results and if they come back with contamination it can be very expensive to clean up.

While there isn't a specific objection deadline for the contractor, I would use the inspection objection deadline.
