What is your first step going to be in cultivating the perfect team?

I think our creativity in the workplace is extremely limited and REI is our space to use the creativity we have naturally and cultivated in college.

They know I'm here to stay, and they know the quality of my work.They also understands that I own multiple properties in the township and cultivate business relationships with important people in the area.

-You Have The Flexibility to Experience Life In A Different WayInstead of spending the money on college, you could spend a fraction of it on traveling the world, doing a gap year, joining the peace corps, going on missions, etc.Those experiences are extremely beneficial for your personal development (but as a heads up without college, you have to be self-reliant on cultivating your own personal growth).

Luckily cars mean absolutely nothing to us and we are still in our "Starter home" that we bought 17 years ago and have now paid off.Hit the retirement accounts hard and save elsewhere too...your time will come to relax and enjoy those fruits you've been cultivating. 

Trump also contributed to cultivating a poor image for Chicago by constantly using it as his whipping boy, even if it's not actually the worst actor.I like to call Chicago the Metropolis of the Midwest, which I believe is a fitting title.
