The guidelines are different for both types of loans, so I would suggest you speak with a few lenders to see which best suits you.If you do close in  your personal name and then transfer title to your LLC, you may very well violate the due on sale clause contained in your mortgage.

Hello all,I am looking for architects, lenders, and partners in buying land in great markets to build a multi-family community made of shipping containers.

I want to eventually start an alternative/DIY homes contracting business where we build upscale container homes, geodesic domes, tiny homes, convert trailers into themed hotel rooms etc so seeking for some solid advice in that realm. 

Have you experienced this with properties that contain a coach house?

So my main questions are, is there a list containing people who are delinquent on mortgage payments (Public information?)
