Not to take away from Emma's list, most websites these days can be configured to include a blog, or be in a blog format themselves....so that list would also apply to websites in that respect.

You didn't say anything about the configuration (bed/bath count) but a rough rule of thumb would be about $7k - $10k to furnish a 1/1 so that you'll demand higher rents.
