While I don't think the costs are too high to reposition, so long as you are a savvy investor with opportunities to immediately reposition those funds into another high yield investment, it does take the time and effort to do so and at the risk of having some time laps between the initial investment payoff and the new investment.I personally would not be mad to get such a high and quick return then reposition into another, plus is would have the compound effect of having both the initial investment principle plus my quick and high return from he first payoff to reposition into the next deal.
