Sorry for the novel, but I find myself having these conversations over and over and I hope some people can benefit from some different perspective on lending

Yes I met Min here and after a few conversations and many emails we decided to do some business.

I recently bought a 4-plex conversion and had to sell it on a subject two less than a year later.

I personally would like to create multi generational wealth ie his children's children and I will have that conversation but not until he launches and gets his own life going.  

These are the conversations you want to be apart which will push you to take actions. 

You are probably going to need to have a conversation with the tenant before you raise it so you can smooth it over.

Views are 4X and conversion is double over my 2/1. 2- and 3- bedrooms are the squishy middle with tons of competition, but when the potential guest needs to sleep a large group the pool shrinks dramatically.
