I would assume that the form is copyrighted by CAR as they likely created it and your downloading/photocopying it would be a violation of copyright law.

A car, a credit card that is not paid off monthly etc. 

So even though your tenants are getting their cars fixed, it still has that scent in it so the rodents will continue to frequent the car. 

So after the inspection, I walked out to my car.

I would not pay a mechanic that did not fix the car.  

@Cara LonsdaleThank you for the advice, yes the title is in both their names and this would only work if there was enough money if she got some where she could put it as a down payment on another house and have some money left over, not sure if that is possible.I have only been going to foreclosure sales, is the trustee sale like an auction also? 

@Yi ChuThe tried and true, old fashioned, way is to keep a notebook in your car as a mileage log. 

Get study materials, CD's to listen to in the car, a friend to quiz you on the vocabulary.

@Zachary Jensen there are places where it is a good idea to look for the cheapest option and the results would be the same - gas for your car as an example.
