My goal for 2007 is to brow beat my painter into fixing that awful spray paint job he did yesterday on my new rehabbed kitchen cabinets, finish the bathroom in the same house (at the stud level) and FSBO my 3/2 project by the spring market.

These include siding and soffits,1 bathroom,and and new kitchen cabinets and coutertops.

I videotape cabinet doors/drawers opening and closing, toilet flushing, faucets on and off, light switch on/off, doors opening/closing, walls, ceiling, light fixtures, flooring, exteriors, front/back yards, front door, garage, Tenant's automobile(s) including license plates, etc.

You will want to tile after the cabinets are in.

According to the mls sheet, they've put in all new cabinets, sink, appliances, water softener 1 year old.

We have a Habitat store in our area that sells good used items for a home(windows, doors,cabinets and the like) .

We will finish removing the cabinets and toilets from the bathrooms this week.

A missing medicine cabinet, an unpainted ceiling, broken jets on a tub, etc.

For example, my property is completely rebuilt - new roof, walls, flooring (subfloor too), structural supports, windows, appliances, plumbing (all copper), electrical, bathrooms, cabinets, etc.

THey do not NEED any repairs, but cud use updateing of Kitchen counters cabinets/bathrooom fixtures etc if you want to try to get more for it.
