There's no steel frame underneath as they've never had wheels on them, they get delivered on a truck and assembled on site.

@Paul Vonasek You need to become familiar with all the local rules, pocket areas, and assemble a team.

We meet at the Courtyard Marriott on Assembly st.  

The only thing would be trying to assemble a team that could run my property in my absence.

In the meantime, I've also been interviewing buying agents, loan officers, and real estate attorneys to assemble my team.

Based on your post it sounds like you need to do some more research and assemble a good team before you get into hard money.

I personally have opted more for the investing out of state instead of house hacking here but I do understand the appeal of househacking and the more difficult task of assembling a team out of state.  

I'm a newbie in the "learning and assembling me team" stage, and I found a lender who had a loan that was structured for BRRRR deals.

I'm in the process of trying to assemble a team and would appreciate any and all suggestions!

As others have said, David Greene's book is excellent and assembling your team is the secret sauce to success, but get your feet wet at home first before you jump into the deep end of the pool far away.Just my takeStephanie
