I can't help you on a contractor referral (I'm in Memphis), but you could look up a few local roofing suppliers and ask them for installers.

All that said I am sure there are good suppliers on Fiver, but sorting them out seems like a job in itself.

Again, given existing constraints that contractors and materials suppliers have had to comply, not including possible changes in compliance which can take place by surprise events any given time, (minor material deficiency or contractor's burden however minor of an incident, and that this could be beyond contractor's control) can escalate and could lead to project slowdown up to project cancellation/project shutdown.

I've been finding good contractors by going to local suppliers- plumbing supplies, electric, lumber yard - asking who is good and reasonably priced.

I am an accountant for a local Aerospace and Defense Industry supplier and own/manage Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa (18 months at the time of this post).  

It would take me about 25 mins ride to get to the nearest big box supplier to get the materials needed so i did not want to forget anything!
