I would be afraid of ending up like Benito Mussolini after WW2.If you don't know, he and his mistress and his generals were summary executed and their bodies were hung upside down in Milan at the carport of a gas station.

It's helpful for me to move beyond my inner dialogue because I tell myself all sorts of stories that may or may not be true.I get it, though.

Their prices seem reasonable but not sure if it's a "too good to be true" sort of scenario...

Over the years I picked business degrees, real estate license, tax preparation training, loan officer licensing and training, investment / CFP training and it is all tied together in one big connected body of knowledge that emphasizes appreciation, debt pay down, cash flow, and tax write-offs...  

Of course this could mean north of the Bronx, but in general I feel its some sort of imaginary line drawn through Rockland and Westchester counties, basically where the core suburban areas end. 

There is likely a work around to claim some sort of something to get to the point of writing off the expenses but you might be hard pressed if you were to get an audit.
