@Tyler, when individually appropriate, for investors who have a need for immediate cash, we've also refinanced the property modestly (20-30% LTV) to provide mom/dad with the cash to bridge the two-year gap.

I came across this BP thread listing the Top 10 Real Estate Markets for Cash Flow in 2024https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/best-real-estate-markets-...However, it didn't mention some of the markets I see talked about the most likeOhio and Tennessee etc I don't see anyone talking about McAllen or Idessa Texas.What am I missing?
