I do have a pet addendum through AACSC that includes non-barking/house-trained and other conditions I can set but wondering everyone's thoughts to help me make a decision and possibly offer this to them.

i do too, and would likely evenmoreso if/when i were to go blind or something. but, dogs of any type, will still be dogs. dogs that can and do bark, bite, and last but not least, damage. and in my experience already so far i've seen lots of huge german sheperds and the like, confined to tiny inner city apartments in high rise buildings and the nearby parks littered with bits and bits of what each 'curb' day in and day out missed, which ads up to alot of stinky poop! 

You know, a wheelchair that barks, digs up the lawn, poops and pees everywhere, and occasionally bites the neighbor.

Is it because they can be more of a headache, complaints of "upstairs neighbor stomping, dog barking, baby crying!"

Each day is filled with gratification as the dog repeats the cycle of anticipation for the next car and then accomplishment as he barks and chases the car away.

My biggest concern would be noise, I'd make sure to have some sort of clause about excessive noise and include loud, continuous barking speicifically as an example in the clause.
