Many banks use off-shore title companies that haven’t a clue what their doing and do not speak english fluently.

That being said, you can hire a foreign VA for a few dollars an hour but there are cons to that as they aren't in the same time zone, English may be a problem, and it may be hard to communicate.

I found it hard but not impossible to get a job in the aviation industry with boeing and I was picky at the time with no experience in the field.
