I myself own in 43612 which is a good reliable investment neighborhood for reasonably savy and assertive landlords...I also own in 43608 which is the Wild West.

I am humble but I also am very assertive in ways that don't allow me to be bossed around.

I'll also go so far as to assert that individuals (investors are notorious for this) who don't report and actively pursue those who break the law or ethical standards, whether regarding contractors, "professionals", unlicensed activity, or otherwise do everyone a disservice.
