I like J&K because they are good quality, wood, have all the fancy additional things (soft close, dove tail drawers, etc), they arrive already assembled and they are way cheaper than anything Lowes or HD can offer.

Also,  I looked at the data in 2009 when there was severe speculation and crash in real estate, and rents for my studio were at 16000aed. 

I have since acquired one more SFR from them.At this point, after months of consideration, I arrived at the conclusion that residential properties did not scale the way I wanted them to.

We are working on pruning the portfolio we build during the last crash, trimming (selling) off outliers that don’t fit well in our criteria and using the proceeds to pay down debt on those that do.

Sometimes it's hard to get someone started but one they are a go it's pretty easy and it arrives on time, every time.  :-)The $2K limit should only be temporary.
