@Brady Hales @Jason Marino, aren't you supposed to register this WY LLC in the state you are living in as it is considered doing business from that states and then losing the anonymity purpose of that WY. my understanding is that the reason to put it into a irrevocable trust is for asset protection purpose as you do not own these properties anymore. what am I missing ?

I would go to the pest control company and ask where they were authorized to install these screens on your property.I doubt you're going to get $3k from anyone, but did the roofing company say what the $3k is for and why a handyman can't just go up for a few hundred bucks and remove the screens?

If you start communicating before things get all legal, then that shows everyone in the neighborhood that you are willing to work within the regs and with the neighbors in order to fix issues.If you aren't the problem, things are smooth with your STR, then you want to convince them that they should let things continue and penalize the problem properties and not yours.My 2 cents as per usual.
