The most aggravating deals have been the ones that burned certain lessons into my brain that saved or made me money on future deals, but it sure is hard to remember and appreciate that in the middle of the tough ones!

@Deanna McCormick is correct as far as the aggravation and the additional risk and liabilities.

Never mind the aggravation of dealing with contractors and the such. 

Absent aggravating facts like fraud, etc., the facts as you’ve laid them out wouldn’t suffice to establish a veil piercing claim.

Not worth going through that aggravation again.

Plus that's 9 more months of aggravation, and there is no telling what other issues will arise for them.But hey, your call lol.

but find it aggravating and wondered if anyone else has run into this.  

I think I'll make this property work, but it requires way more effort and creates way more aggravation than my other SFHs in other states..
