They can even pay via credit card and the Tenant pays the fee, not you (again they don't have to pay any fees if they use ACH payment; totally free for both parties).

Tenants pay rent either through the auto invoice they get every month from my QuickBooks (using ACH), or they can deposit it in the bank themselves.

You can setup your business account and it will allow tenants to pay through ACH or credit/debit card.Bank-to-Bank:  Zelle works great with the major banking brands but if you use a more local bank then it might not be available.
