I'm currently looking at a property that has a large garage/barn that I'm planning to use for storage.

The parts are fairly cheap and they are on the easier end of things to install but you may not wish to do this.On the burners there is a device that looks like a rectangular box called a spark module and it generates a spark to light the burners.

I am thinking about getting rid of the bathtub and leaving just a shower to open up the space a bit, maybe add some storage and make it more visually appealing.

I still have a day job as a Medical Device Sales Rep.  

I currently have 12 units (6 residential apartments & 6 garage storage units).

Both have their own driveways with off street parking, fenced in back and side yards, Central AC, W/D hookups, extra storage, all fixed up.

Mine has been MFU 5+ near schools and looking for applicants with children, no pets.Current marketing PLUS is single car lockable garages - - rare and save tenants cost of storage spaces.

 Hello Peter , One can find any amount of books on how to build from the ground up on new self storage facilities.

That could include rental property or flips or storage units possibly also.
