Still strong but lots of competition, so you need to research what works: good pics, seasonal pricing, amenities, etc.

Contrary to what everyone seems to be saying these days, a good agent is worth their weight in gold.

Bottom line these are NOT federally regulated or state regulated loans.. they who have the gold make the rules.

I see so many people who don't understand what they are bidding on.They don't do the research, they don't drive by to see that the Google st view is not accurate and they put down a bunch of cash on a bad property. 

Most of those residents guard their vouchers like gold.  

I am just researching, and the more "negative" stuff I found about it the more I am inclined not to make an offer on it.
