Mostly interested in Luray and Front Royal, but open to other suggestions that are STR friendly.

Hi @Nick Grenon,Cape Coral is a great city for investing, but I wouldn't specifically limit your search to one city just because of the benefits offered in that place.A few other local cities to look at are Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres, which both have great opportunities for small and larger multi-family investments.Regarding property management, I would highly recommend Royal Palm Property Management.Let me know if there's any other questions I can answer for you!

@Drew Sygit, of Royal Rose properties has been doing a good job managing some of my SF rentals for me.

You could incure thousands in expenses before you can put a tenant in who will honor your lease.It is very possible that this tenant has been a royal pain for the seller who just did not disclose to you the issues.
