@Charles Bruce I find that there are two ways to find one.You can pay someone who knows what they’re doing to mentor you.Or you can make a list of things that you’re good at, see how things can help someone else and then email/call a bunch of potential mentors and offer your services/expertise in exchange for mentorship.I personally went w the second one and have been trading my photography/videography skills for mentorship.

It may sound basic, but I'd say the majority of websites I see for small businesses are bad enough that I'm pleasantly surprised when I see a small business with a nice, clean website.Small discounts are meaningless, a $50 savings isn't going to motivate me to give someone business when I have 5-figure commission at stake.Not sure what photography companies you use, but if I'm not getting an all in price that includes as many pictures as it takes to photograph the house with any necessary retouching, I'm not using them to start with.A workshop has potential, if he's experienced enough to teach others.

I'll go first - wildlife photography, with an unexplained passion for the arctic.  

(I had a successful photography business for about a decade, so have some degree of comfort with creating proposals, tracking dollars, marketing, handling insurance/permits/etc.)

I'm also the owner of my photography business with early aspirations to transition fully into it, but never gained real traction. 

Hobbies include fishing, photography, and other outdoor activities.  

I actually did go to the MREIA meetings in Woodbridge, but got very busy with my photography business.
