So get your cash out and put into a good one, where that deal can recover the lost money and make more.You wouldn't keep putting chips into a bad hand in Poker, you'd fold. 

Hi Jose.My properties are currently with PM's, but all of our properties are D class so I might be able to provide some insight.With D class, a lot of people don't have credit or even bank accounts, and anything on-line that they can't easily do on their phone isn't going to work.

Many hold events online as well, is there a way to search for just events that are online?

Our properties are a strong mix of appreciation, rent growth and cashflow positive in year 1.Going on 6 years I have never had to even give any late notices, etc. for my northside chicago rentals, it's multiple applicants 700+ scores when list the units online. 

It's going wonderfully so far, and we are working on bring in another one online early next year.
