Could I come and observe what the process looks like as far as rehab?

My initial observations are that I don't see many cheap C/D class single family homes.

They are the only things affordable around here and seems to be something investors are ignoring...which may be wisdom I'm observing rather than preference, but we'll see.

Hence my original concern about simply inserting another owner after the fact.But, as you correctly observed, we do not have anywhere close to the full picture, so we can keep guessing until we're stopped by our esteemed moderators or get bored, whichever happens first.

From my observation the best syndicators don't need to use crowdfunding platforms because they have a network of investors on their own. 

To repeat- they're only capable of catching defects that are observable without overcoming significant obstacles.

The lesson I’ve had through observing the Trump administration is: They tell you in advance what they are going to do and they more often than not follow through.”ah.... there's truth in that.

Also, Inspections specifically say what was OBSERVED ON THE DAY OF INDPECTION, so many things could have potentially changed since that time.
