We charge a premium rate, but they check in to a bottle of wine and chocolates, get brunch at a local mom and pop place that is fabulous and makes them feel like royalty, and we have tons of recommendations for activities, sights to see, insider tips and tricks, restaurants, and other things in the units such as hiking books, history of the area books, and just a lending library full of books to read in case someone wants to do that during the stay.

You're right, great tourist area for all the wine (Cambria is one of the best towns in America).

Lastly agree though if your going with large group Airbnb is much better than hotel and better bang for the buck.. or if I go to say Montana to fish hotels are not very nice so the airbnb we use there is pretty cool and worth the money cheaper than the hotel and right above a wine bar  so that's a plus.

This will also allow you to know what items you can overbuy that will be typically used and potentially just rent a storage unit for product.Example of this would be; We use a storage unit filled with LVP, Shower and Sink Faucets, Interior Fixtures, Doorknobs, Outdoor Fixtures, Undersink PVC fittings, Smart Home Devices, Appliances and Screen Mesh.Always give your service workers a bonus or feed them for finishing quality work ahead of schedule.Always send a bottle of wine and snacks to your title attorney, insurance team, and county clerkAlways send a bottle of champaign to your hard money lender as a thank youAlways host a monthly party with all of your collaborators^^^^ These things are far better than any planning you can do because they speed up your timeline simply because you're human, people like you, want to see you succeed, and love free s***.

We live in Fredericksburg, TX which is a small-ish (about 11,000) town and a big wine and tourism destination.

Basically keeping it as user friendly for the most people as possible and avoiding things like could be seen or taken as offensive to some (wine, wine openers, scented candles/soaps etc.)
