Having been in Nashville two weeks ago I find it hard to believe that 9 acres on a lake is only worth 240K.

if you can get some numbers together we are looking at buying something in Nashville around 100k.

We have some approved to build in the not so nice neighborhoods in North Nashville..and now its a feeding frenzy to buy up the old houses and lots nearby.

I don't know much about the values in Grand Rapids of Nashville, but if your only goal is about value of property owned then it would seem to me that you would want to focus all your efforts on the higher value market.
