Went one day to a local restaurant to have salads.

From my neighborhood, I can walk to a starbucks, a cuban restaurant, a bar with a good pool table, a good mexican restaurant, pizza shop.

It'd be naive to think my post would stay here if I name the terrible people in this forum.Plus lots of newbie would find this warning helpful.There's Yelp for finding good restaurants.

They are experiencing major development including breweries, trendy restaurants, and building the new soccer stadium.

I need to clean the unit and provide a map of the entire complex/amenities/entertainment establishments/restaurants nearby.

I/We are currently at 12 and counting for this County alone.Sheriff's Office knows me very well, I own several rental properties, a restaurant, Realtor and the VP of a HOA with 800+ owners.

Restaurants, bars, theaters, concerts and sports at the HP Pavilion just to name a few.

(I operate a restaurant) Anyone else start this way?

My wife and I had a bit of a 'culture shock' when we went from a high rise in River North to our first investment property in Irving Park...but we eventually grew to really love Irving Park and found a ton of great local restaurants, etc.  

Living in this area over the past few years I've noticed how it's steadily improved, with great restaurants, parks, and schools nearby, and I'd like to continue living here, but I'm also not opposed to moving if I found a great deal elsewhere.Anyway, that's my deal, thanks for reading and I am happy to be a part of this community.
