I just invested in Everett, which has the Casino construction going now, though who knows how that will effect values (studies have been done that showed some areas have increase and some have decrease in property values with new casinos).

People are just irrational; that's why the casinos are booming here.Anyway, I don't know if that's statistically significant enough to point to a reduced demand for Moore housing around this time of year or not.

Being prepared for the opportunity luck lands at your feet is what matters.

But Governor Sisolak has allowed casinos to open and I really feel our property rights should have been the first thing restored, not the last. 

Look for beaches, amusement parks, shopping, casinos, restaurants, popular yearly events, etc.

Longer term bullish on Vegas (new Casino resort in a few yrs, Raiders, Hockey, etc.)
