I'm reviewing my rental property insurance after having gone through issues with the first ever claim on my current policy, which we're finding out has poor claims service and lacks ordinance or law coverage.

After reviewing the city ordinances, I have a couple of questions about STR regulations.

I believe she met this dude on BP.And we just happen to be discussing some other matters when she brought this up and asked me to review these things for here.. and I gave her my opinion..

@Jill Yard  do you know the company calling and have you reported them or left them a bad review somewhere? 

Also are their overlays that require pre-reviews by other city agencies? 

If this is the same person you've worked with for years and have a good working relationship I would first give them the benefit of the doubt and reach out to two other accountants to see if they will do a complimentary review of you previous tax returns.

The listing I believe they own and you will lose it and all of the reviews and have to start from scratch
