It just a matter of learning the info and doing the leg work of going out finding and talking to the people you need to talk to and emplimenting what you have learned.

We need the cash to mostly just tie us over untill we sell the property, so 150,000 is on the upper end; 80,000 and above would probably be sufficient.

Sure, there's a little beach at the one lake, and the shops at Cashiers, but to me it's just not quite enough.

We’ve seen this issue cause otherwise wonderful new builds to sit on the market because it just doesn’t work with peoples furniture. 

The returns will likely be greater if you source the borrower and originate on behalf of the IRA.
