If you can't find a single review, that may be a sign; albeit, some smaller lenders with their own fund or private money may not have a ton of reviews versus the bigger lenders.

It's so easy to have some magnetic signs hanging around to throw on your other vehicle if you want to go do a bid and not take your big ole truck.I have no answer as to why they don't take advantage of this.....it's just dumb (maybe there's your answer :-) I have the company name on 3 out of 4 work trucks .

My question is since a lender is involved and I will be drafting up a contract how do I protect myself as to once I hand off the home he doesn't end up pushing me out (there is no sign of such and there is trust but this business)?
