If someone is too greedy and stupid, they belong in jail or destroyed in business, but.... it's not all about them, it's also about the 3,12, 25 or 100 people in the public that that screw up, cheat, hurt or ruin doing unethical or illegal things they learn here or from some low life guru.It's just out of frustration.

This is an emotionless business...simply numbers, relationships and mutual respect and sometimes you have to walk away from deal in order to get the deal in the long run after the Seller talks to other unprepared, uneducated, ignorant, greedy Investors offering even lower numbers than you did.

People are greedy and they like to spend money.

Once I meet the seller, the buyer, and other parties involved, it is hard for me to just be greedy and not care if I disrupt someone's life.

At the end of the day, my belief is that wholesalers do fulfill a need, and it can be done ethically for a win-win as long as they aren't greedy.

Well, the poor will always be with you (JC) so will the ignorant, the stupid, the naive and the greedy. 

So don't be greedy and ask for additional price reductions if you think the deal is a good one at the current price.
