I know if you are like me I expect everything now and I believe God doesn't let things happen on my time schedule because I really do need to learn to be patient and trust that if I do things right eventually everything will fall into place.

We stipulated in Lease that Monies were NON-REFUNDABLE after Tenant took possession, except for "Acts Of God" (Hurricane, Tornadoes, Floods, etc) that might make the property uninhabitable.  

But the problem is that I don't understand how could I ''jump'' into two-way dialogue between potential buyer traveling to see the RE and an agent, without my physical presence, and act as a middle-man to gain profit from the difference?

I haven't had a chance to visit the property or see it until today and it looks like some squatters(and their dog(s) have been camping through the winter ( God bless them), however, I need to get the wheels rolling on this home.

Every window is photographed up close to show presence of screen and if there are window dressings or blinds, I take a photo with them open and closed.If there is a problem (scrape on the wall, carpet stain, etc.) then I take a good close-up.

God help us all who can't multiply percentages.
